TEDx extends TED’s mission of spreading Ideas Worth Spreading by offering communities TED-like experiences. Independently organized, these events combine live speakers and TED Talk videos to inspire deep conversations. Driven by a belief in the power of ideas, TEDx fosters innovation and thought leadership without political, financial, or personal gain. At its core, TEDx features impactful talks, each under 18 minutes, designed to educate, inspire, and drive change. Unlike traditional conferences, TEDx focuses solely on these talks—no panels or breakout sessions. Recorded talks are later uploaded to the TEDx website, expanding their reach.
